Refund and cancellation policy

This site describes paid consultation tracks. Until fees are published, the rules below use market-consistent placeholders for session-based services in Thailand.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to consultation fees paid directly to Node Protocol Financial Planning Co., Ltd. for sessions not yet delivered. Deposits for multi-session plans follow the same rules unless a signed engagement letter states otherwise.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees or free reschedule (proposed).
- Within 48 hours: one reschedule without penalty; otherwise up to 50% of the session fee may be retained to cover reserved time (proposed).
- No-show: fee is non-refundable; we may offer a partial credit at our discretion.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking. We are not responsible for indirect costs (travel, leave from work) beyond the consultation fee paid.
Work already started
Once a written plan or deliverable is shared, fees for completed work are non-refundable; unused prepaid sessions in a package may be refunded pro-rata minus documented costs (proposed).
How to request a refund
Email info@nodeprotocol.store or call +66-53-327-815 with your name, payment date, and session date. We aim to confirm within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method (proposed).
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs we pay on your behalf (courier, translation, government filing fees) are passed through and non-refundable once incurred.
